We have our own sales progression department operating a market leading platform that maintains communication between all parties involved in a chain
All offers are thoroughly validated with purchaser’s financial and chain status confirmed
Once we have accepted an offer we press for an early exchange of contracts and completion (14 days cash and 28 days mortgage dependent)
We liaise with agents and solicitors down the chain to ensure that everyone is working towards the target date
